How come the battery life in the Coolpad Surf is so short lived? I'm on my second battery now and I've had the device for 3 mths.
Don't buy this Coolpadsurf unless you have fully researched which carrier to use. The carrier will determine if you get enough high-speed data to even use this device. I used Boost and it won't do anything. I pay $50./Mo and get 50GB. After the 1st month, the high-speed data doesn't work. I don't know what other carrier uses this device. Good luck.
If you just purchased it and don't want it then getting your money back is probably your best bet. If they won't give your money back then take it to T-Mobile and use their services. I had boost and they said the Coolpad Surf won't work with the new 5G service. Don't believe them mine did with Boost they just turned it off saying it's too old to work on the new 5G/4G LTE network but it was working up and until a few months ago, and it does with T-Mobile. I had to get my Surf unlocked but if you have had it less than 6 months or more than 2 years they should unlock it. I've had my Coolpad Surf since 2019 and it does work on the new 5G/4G LTE network. T-Mobile has one plan that's $50/mo for 50GB. There are other plans but I don't think they are feasible.
Boost won't even hook mine up they say it's to old this is a bunch of B.S. where can I send mine to get my money back?
