Screen Freeze (even after hard reset)

My display keeps freezing up and seems like it's getting worse. Tried to clear cache and delete apps but didn't solve the problem. My last resort was doing a hard reset and still no resolution. Haven't had it a year and have insurance but Metro Pcs (T-Mobile) told me they don't carry the phone anymore. Other than this issue this is the best phone I've owned. Can you help?

  I got the Legacy end of Feb and took it to Boost for set up...SCREEN FROZE. Had to mail it back...still waiting. Hope all goes well w it when it comes back. Ive been an LG customer forever. Thought to try something NEW
