Phone not working properly

My granddaughter  phone will not reactivate. It said no service since saturday. Took it to a boost mobile store today and it will not reactivate. Just bought 3/2020  It will finally turn on but will not activate. Took it to a boost store today and it still will not activate.

  Most stores are closed because of the Coriv-19. What do I do?  My bill is paid

  I'm in the same boat...I just got mines today and it won't activate
