My sim card is locked I have the oil code just don't know how to unlock???

  Okay I have a similar problem and I already got the unlock code yesterday when I woke up this morning my phone was locked again and I can't get into it I have to contact customer service but I have no way of doing it I've tried everything and there is no option of it when I call online nothing so I bought a new SIM card and now I can't activate it with the brand new phone I bought yesterday
